    Donations are delivered to charity, and items to sell or recycle are sorted, so nothing lingers.

  6. Yours to keep

    We finish with a walkthrough of your new systems, with reset visits available to keep it that way.

Do you supply the linen and amenities?

I can advise on and source what you need, quoted separately and only bought with your approval.

Can you set up more than one unit?

Yes. Inventories and systems can be repeated across units so they're easy to manage.

Do you manage the listing?

No. I prepare the space. Your co-host or property manager runs the listing.
